Angie is passionate about helping people live healthy, happy, and whole lives. After personally experiencing healing through a consistent yoga practice, she became certified to teach through Purple Yoga in 2010 and has been sharing yoga ever since.
In group classes, Angie takes various approaches to the practice depending on the students' needs and interests. She is experienced in breath-based movement, alignment-based yoga, intelligent sequencing to a peak pose, and integrating yoga philosophy in a practical and accessible way.
As a student and graduate of Loyola Marymount's Yoga Therapy Program, Angie can work privately with you to address any specific, chronic conditions you may have.
