Martin has been teaching Yoga for 20+ years. After receiving his certification by the IYISF (2 year, 500hr Iyengar training), he moved on to practice Ashtanga Yoga before meeting his teacher Zhander Remete in 1997.
Since then, he continues to study annually with his teacher, the founder of Shadow Yoga. Martin teaches physically challenging classes with the aim to help students break through physical and mental blockages to achieve greater freedom and self-knowledge in their lives. This helps prepare students for the meditative and spiritual practices encountered further down the road.
