Chloe has always been a passionate mover and seeker. And her mission is to help you connect deeper to yourself, and liberate your mind and body connection through the practice of yoga.

As a trained professional dancer and performing artist, she has always loved exploring and expressing herself through movement. With her extensive background and knowledge in ballet and dance, she understands the importance of core strength, mobility, posture, flexibility and balance.

Chloe started to practice more yoga when she was in college studying at The Juilliard School, where she received her BFA in Dance. Throughout her professional dance years, she learned the importance of having a consistent practice.

Chloe’s personal practice developed overtime into a profound love for yoga. Not only did the physical part of the practice keep her body strong, but it helped her find peace during difficult times, and deepened her capacity for joy, love, and compassion. And she then began to truly understand the spiritual aspects, healing properties and benefits of yoga and meditation. Yoga has been a part of her life for over 15 years now.

In 2020 she had the pleasure of completing her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training though Lahari with her incredible mentors: Coby Kozlowski and Steven Leonard. And has had the privilege of working closely with faculty members from the Kripalu School of Yoga.

Chloe has also taught Barre, Fitness and Indoor Cycling for over 7 years in New York, and is excited to bring her graceful, upbeat and creative full body workouts to Long Beach. And believes that movement has the ability and power to transform lives on and off the mat. And can be accessed by anyone.

Chloe’s classes are intended to celebrate the body. And perhaps more importantly, to have fun! She strives to empower, motivate and recharge her clients. And is honored to be a part of the Purple Yoga Community and to share the gift of yoga with you.

Chloe offers in person 1:1 private sessions and small group yoga classes. Each class uniquely designed for your personal goals.
